Quickly arranged! MyPup in four easy steps
First, we map out how many parcel lockers you need for your MyPup Pick Up Point based on the number of residents. We also look at where we can place these. Of course, we also help inform residents or the owners association.
We place the MyPup Pick Up Point at a location of your choice, for example in the entrance area. All we need is a power socket and, if possible, an internet connection. The installation usually takes no more than a few hours. The software and hardware is plug & play.
Together with you, we inform the residents, both during and after the MyPup Pick Up Point has been put into operation. For this purpose, we have developed special (digital) flyers with a clear explanation. Experience shows that the use of our Pick Up Points does not raise many questions among users, and otherwise they can always contact our customer service. From now on, all parcels are delivered safely and sustainably!
