The packages have to be accepted or are sometimes even left unattended at the door or reception. The Pick Up Point of MyPup offers a solution. Here, your postal packages are delivered safely and durably, and you can pick them up whenever it suits you!

How does it work? MyPup in four simple steps.
There is a MyPup Pick Up Point in your company or apartment building. To make use of it, create your MyPup account here. You will receive a welcome e-mail with instructions and your unique MyPup code and delivery address. This information will always be accessible in your account on the MyPup website and app.
If you do an online purchase, enter your MyPup name and the address of your MyPup hub as the delivery address at the checkout. You can save this as ‘standard delivery address’ on your favourite websites. We receive the couriers and their packages early in the morning at our distribution hub. We then get to work sorting everything and preparing it for delivery to the various Pick Up Points.
A regular MyPup courier delivers all parcels in one go to your company or apartment complex that same afternoon. He places the parcels per recipient in different MyPup lockers.
As soon as the package has been placed in the locker, you will receive a message with a unique code. You can then use this code to collect the package at your convenience. You will also receive a message with a code in the MyPup app, with which you can open the locker to retrieve your package.
