My Pick Up Point levert onbemande Pick Up Points in meerdere landen aan bedrijven, bedrijfsverzamelgebouwen, ziekenhuizen, onderwijsinstellingen en appartementencomplexen zodat hun medewerkers, huurders en bewoners gemakkelijk hun (privé-)pakketten kunnen ontvangen.

Tevens worden de Pick Up Points van MyPup ingezet om logistieke stromen binnen organisaties efficiënter te maken. Denk hierbij aan het uitgeven van laptops aan medewerkers middels een Pick Up Point.
Kortom, wij maken het leven gemakkelijk voor de online shopper en onderscheiden ons door de allerbeste dienstverlening te leveren aan onze eindgebruikers. Een zeer duurzame oplossing, waarmee we heel veel ritten door verschillende koeriers voorkomen.

Head of Business Development

Amsterdam Oost – Fulltime

“I ensure that within MyPup new initiatives are deployed to gain more from the MyPup platform. I actively seek, develop and quantify new initiatives and bring these to market. These can be complete new initiatives or diversification of exiting solutions. I am completely responsible for all new initiatives from idea generation to execution and embedment in the organisation. With everything I deploy I am always focused on leveraging our core values of adding value to our customers and increasing the sustainable footprint of MyPup!!

  • My Pick Up Point provides unmanned Pick Up Points to companies, shared business premises, hospitals, educational institutions and apartment buildings to help their employees and residents to receive their parcels in an easy way.
  • Furthermore the MyPup internal logistics platform is used by many corporate clients to manage their internal logistics, e.g. to streamline the IT device logistics or mailroom.

What you will be doing:

 

  • You develop and execute new business initiatives to make MyPup the most sustainable logistics service provider in Europe. You have strong communication and managerial skills to ventilate this vision internally and externally.
  • You are responsible for the new business development department of MyPup. You report directly to the managing director and work on high profile projects.
  • You are data driven and know how to prioritize our internal resources based on impact.
  • You have the ability and experience to execute, you can move from the idea into the execution.
  • You challenge the management team to continuously improve the way we develop our business.

You feel challenged to:

Account Executive Germany

Germany (remote) – Fulltime/ Parttime

What you will be doing:

 

  • You are responsible for the growth of MyPup in selected cities in the German market
  • You segment and connect to potential clients in the German market and introduce MyPup to them.
  • You leverage potential existing relationships to ensure the growth in Germany
  • You are the key contact for our clients once they installed our service in their property

Wordt koerier bij MyPup, My Pick Up Point en bouw mee aan de duurzame toekomst van pakketbezorging!


Iedere dag maak je mensen blij door pakketten af te leveren in speciale onbemande MyPup pakketkluizen. In de ochtend registreer je deze samen met je collega’s en verdeel je ze over de bestemmingen. Na de lunch bezorg je de pakketjes in kantoorgebouwen, ziekenhuizen, appartementencomplexen in de omgeving Amsterdam en Schiphol.

Wat moet je je erbij voorstellen:

 

  • Iedere dag een roadtrip: Roadtrippen door Amsterdam of Utrecht en omgeving op een elektrische bakfiets en met (binnenkort elektrische) busjes.
  • Normale werktijden: Flexibele werktijden, doordeweeks en overdag. Zo hou je je avonden vrij voor vrienden!
  • Doorgroeimogelijkheden: Een snelgroeiend bedrijf, waar constant nieuwe mogelijkheden ontstaan om jouw talent in te zetten.

Customer Success Coordinator

Amsterdam Oost – Fulltime/ Parttime

“I ensure all MyPup Pick Up Points are a success and all clients are happy. This means I make sure that the Pick Up Points are used for receiving, returning and shipping of parcels in offices, residential complexes and other institutions. This way we reduce the traffic in the city, cut carbon emissions and have a happy consumer at the same time.”

  • My Pick Up Point provides unmanned Pick Up Points to companies, shared business premises, hospitals, educational institutions and apartment buildings to help their employees and residents to receive their parcels in an easy way.
  • Furthermore the MyPup internal logistics platform is used by many corporate clients to manage their internal logistics, e.g. to streamline the IT device logistics or mailroom.

What you will be doing:

 

  • You are part of the commercial team in The Netherlands.
  • You are responsible for the success of our increasing network of Pick Up Points in and outside The Netherlands.
  • You will develop, implement and manage a sustainable activation program to inform & activate MyPup’s end users to start and keep using our service. You will also inform them of enhanced functions of our service during the lifetime of the agreement.
  • You are the first point of contact for our clients once they installed our service in their property.
  • You are responsible for happy clients and for the renewal of their contracts.
  • You will work closely with the operations, marketing and sales team.

You feel challenged to:

  • Work with multiple clients from different segments.
  • Understanding of and taking into account the client’s needs

  • Are fluent in English and Dutch, both in speech and writing and ideally master the German language. (is a plus, not a requirement)
