My Pick Up Point levert onbemande Pick Up Points in meerdere landen aan bedrijven, bedrijfsverzamelgebouwen, ziekenhuizen, onderwijsinstellingen en appartementencomplexen zodat hun medewerkers, huurders en bewoners gemakkelijk hun (privé-)pakketten kunnen ontvangen.

Tevens worden de Pick Up Points van MyPup ingezet om logistieke stromen binnen organisaties efficiënter te maken. Denk hierbij aan het uitgeven van laptops aan medewerkers middels een Pick Up Point.

Head of Business Development

“I ensure that within MyPup new initiatives are deployed to gain more from the MyPup platform. I actively seek, develop and quantify new initiatives and bring these to market. These can be complete new initiatives or diversification of exiting solutions. I am completely responsible for all new initiatives from idea generation to execution and embedment in the organisation. With everything I deploy I am always focused on leveraging our core values of adding value to our customers and increasing the sustainable footprint of MyPup!!

What you will be doing:

 

  • You develop and execute new business initiatives to make MyPup the most sustainable logistics service provider in Europe. You have strong communication and managerial skills to ventilate this vision internally and externally.
  • You are responsible for the new business development department of MyPup. You report directly to the managing director and work on high profile projects.
  • You are data driven and know how to prioritize our internal resources based on impact.
  • You have the ability and experience to execute, you can move from the idea into the execution.
  • You challenge the management team to continuously improve the way we develop our business.

Partner Manager

  • MyPup manages the logistics in most cities where it is available via selected partners.

What you will be doing:

  • The growth of MyPup means that the number of users per day is increasing. As a partner manager you are responsible for the daily operations performed by our partners. In most cities we leverage the logistics network and expertise of a partner. As partner manager you are responsible to develop and implement a framework (partner playbook) that outlines how these partners operate. You are responsible for the daily execution of this playbook and ensure the highest performance of the partner. You always look for ways to improve the processes internally and with the partner.

Logistics Coordinator

  • MyPup operates the logistics in Amsterdam itself using (electric)vans, cargo bikes and a team of drivers
  • It is your job to ensure the different couriers deliver their parcels on time at our hub, process them and deliver the parcels the same day to the Pick Up Points in the Amsterdam region
  • You are the lead of the drivers, make the planning and routing and you coordinate the team while they are on the road and assist them with inquiries. You put their ideas into work when they see opportunities on how to make our delivery faster or easier
  • Meanwhile you are looking for opportunities to optimize the logistics chain to improve the sorting, routing and enable sustainable delivery

What you will be doing:

 

  • The growth of MyPup means that the number of parcels and Pick Up Points per day is increasing. As a logistics coordinator you are responsible for the daily operations performed in Amsterdam and make sure our operation and its team is ready for growth. You always look for ways to improve the internal process.
  • You source and lead our team of drivers to ensure representative, efficient and successful delivery to our Pick Up Points.
